Reminders can be sent automatically to signers. You can set this when creating a transaction. This gives signatories a reminder at times you choose. To configure this, complete the following steps:
1. Once you have created a transaction, click on 'Settings' at the bottom of the page
2. A section will now appear in which you can set various functions for the transaction. Click on 'Configure' to set the automatic reminders.
3. The image below shows the screen that now appears. Click on the 'Enable reminders' slider to activate the automatic reminders. To repeat memories you need to enable them by clicking on the 'slider' of 'Repeat memories'. In the fields you can fill in how you want to configure the reminder schedule.
4. Finish by clicking on 'OK' at the bottom right. The reminder schedule is now configured. Reminders are only sent to those who have yet to sign.
Automatic reminder for approaching expiration date
In addition to a reminder schedule, an automatic reminder can also be sent for approaching the expiration date. If you give an expiry date to the transaction, a reminder will automatically be sent 4 days before this date to all participants in the transaction who have yet to sign.
When the expiry date has been reached, it is put in the 'draft phase' and is therefore no longer active. If you want to reactivate that transaction, you can adjust the due date to a later time and resend the transaction.
