You cannot do this yourself, but our support team can do this for you. You can email ValidSign Support about this via firstname.lastname@example.org.
The emails can be turned off for the sender / "owner" of the transaction, or for all signers. Unfortunately it is not possible to send the mail to some of the signatories. These settings apply to all users under the main account.
As the sender / 'owner' of the transaction, it is possible that you receive a number of e-mails when completing the transaction. This is because you are always included in the CC. So an option would be to have these emails turned off for the sender of a transaction. If you don't want this to be set for all users under the main account, you could also set a rule through Outlook that will automatically move the emails to a separate folder.
