Yes you can. You can choose to have the recipients sign the documents in parallel or to have the recipients sign one by one (in a specific order). By default, documents are signed in parallel, so without a specific signing order. If you want a specific signing order to be applied, select the "set signing order" icon. You can find a detailed explanation of how to set a signing order here.
We also provide a "Document Visibility" feature, which allows you to control which recipients can view and sign specific documents in a transaction.
