It is possible to set a signing order when offering a transaction. This can be, for example, when a manager must first sign before the customer is sent the document.
Setting a signing order is as follows. To create a transaction, you must first add recipients. After you have specified more than one recipient, the "Set a signing order" option becomes available.
In this case Finn Brueren is the manager and Jan Meulens is the client and Finn will be the first to receive the document for signature. When Finn has signed, Jan will be presented with the document for signature.
In addition, it is possible to set a document order. The order is initially determined by the order in which the documents are uploaded / added by you. Below an example:
In this case, the LABOR AGREEMENT document is shown first to the signatories. Do you want to change the order later? You can do that in Designer mode. When all documents and recipients have been added, click "Next" at the top right and you will arrive at the following screen:
At the top right you can still adjust the order. By clicking on the three blocks next to DOCUMENTS the overview changes and you can drag the documents in the desired order. You can also change the name of the document or delete the document.
